Raymond Carrero is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2005. Raymond earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2002.
His professional legal experience includes work in an array of real estate matters including commercial lease matters, condominium / HOA collections and general counsel (including governing document amendment), lien enforcement, investor representation, quiet title litigation, and partition litigation. In addition to his focus on real estate, Raymond has trial experience and has also represented parties in the acquisition of secured debt, as well as various types of commercial and partnership disputes.
Raymond has successfully appealed cases in the Third District Court of Appeal as well as a successful appeal before The Supreme Court of Florida. Van Vorgue v. Rankin, 41 So.3d 849 (Fla., 2010). He has also written and edited Florida Bar practice manuals including Florida Real Property Sales Transactions §7 (6th ed. 2011, and 7th ed. 2010).
